I find joy in helping others see their inner potential and learn new ways to manage stress, process traumatic past experiences, and learn more about themselves and what gives them meaning amidst the daily grind of life. It is an honor to work and share sacred space with my clients, and there is nothing like watching their journey unfold into greater self-awareness, self-love, and sense of stability and enjoyment in life. I want to get to know your story, celebrate your triumphs with you, and cheer you on while providing ideas for positive change. 

When I opened Odyssey Wellness, I wanted to create a different kind of healing experience. Therapy that takes into account your multifaceted aspects of self and personality, not "one size fits all." Therapy that integrates empirically validated treatment with alternative and traditional healing approaches. Therapy that is warm, caring, sincerely kind, honest, and truly collaborative. I love working with those of diverse identities, lifestyles, and communities - particularly LGBTQIA(2S)+. Non-judgement is of utmost value here (let your freak flag fly!), as is inclusivity and affirmation of all identities.
