I offer individual therapy (teens and adults; speciality with LGBTQIA(2S)+) and relationship/marital counseling (non-monogamous, non-traditional are welcome here!)

Hi. I'm Dr. Rhvyer (pronounced "River") Rudick, director and founder of Odyssey Wellness, LLC. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, with over 15 years of experience working in the field of mental health. I value bringing a humanistic, down to earth, respectful style to my work. I want therapy to be as comfortable, safe, and cathartic as possible for you. I want to get to know and understand where you've been, where you are, and explore together where you want to head in the next steps of your journey. I want to witness and help you nurture aspects of you that have felt unseen, forgotten, or otherwise misunderstood or undervalued. I want to help you release and heal past negative experiences and trauma, and to feel the weight of those burdens gradually lifted off your shoulders and heart; to collaboratively explore both the light and shadow aspects of self. I will help you explore your life story and rewrite the aspects that mask your true lovability, worth, and power. I will cheer on and encourage you to create a life you want to live, and to examine what offers you meaning and purpose. I value offering deeply authentic, intricate, caring, support, that is designed to honor your goals and unique style. I am grateful for the privilege to get to co-journey and support you in the odyssey that is your life.
